Jubilee nails

I must admit i am not the best at nail art, trying draw all these fancy patterns on my nails with my good hand is bad enough! However i thought i would share with you my Jubilee inspired nails. They are very simple and easy to do but still look great at the same time.

I have gone for the colours Red, white and blue and carried it along in that order across my nails. Hunting through my nail polish box, i wanted colours that were the closest to the colours on the flag, I ended up going for Models Own Betty Blue & Red Red Wine, and also used Barry M's Matte White.

I love the finished look, its simple but effective!

Barry M Lip Gloss

Since discovering Barry M lip glosses back in 2010 they are the only lip glosses i buy. The formulation of them is amazing, they are not sticky and give a lovely shine to the lips.

My favourite has to be #4 Toffee, its a lovely nude shade which looks perfect over light pink lipsticks!

These are some of the pieces from the lovely Jodie's Jewellery store. I have spoke to Jodie since first joining YouTube about 2 years ago. I love everything! The spike earrings have got to be my favourite and i have recently noticed she has a spike necklace up on her store, which i need in my life! 

She has so many other things on her website so its worth checking out as they are at such good prices!

17 Pastel Nail Polish

17 Nail Polish- Boots 

If you are a big fan of the Essie pastel nail polishes you will defiantly love these. They are cheep and cheerful, at £2.99 each or two for £4 you can not say no. 

These are my two favourite colours from the 17 lasting fix collection. The muted purple is called woo me and the powder blue is called Heart Beat. They look so nice on the nails, very summery!

Russian Red

I posted THIS PICTURE on Instagram the other day and a lot of you were asking what lipstick it was. I was wearing Mac's Russian Red, Its my ultimate go to red lipstick. Its a matte lipstick which in my books makes it ten times better! It lasts all day and the colour is so vibrant.

If you do not have this in your collection, Why not?!

Sunday Summary #8

001. Its has been forever since my last sunday summary, so i thought i would show my face again. To be quite honest i am having such a rubbish 2012 so far, as many of you may know if you follow me on YouTube, I was mugged last week and lost everything, although i have been building my confidence back up quickly. It feels like my right arm has been cut off without a phone though!

002. It's my mommy's 40th birthday next Sunday, its on the 29th April which was the day the royals got married last year. Going to slap on a ton of make-up and partyyyy! ... or curl up and watch come dine with me! 

003. I have been very productive with my YouTube videos recently, i have been posting a lot of beauty videos, such as my mac mineralise skin finish review, Benefit porefesshional review, and a video on a lipstick i am wearing in the photo above. I also posted a vlog of me and my boyfriend being idiots. 

004. I hope you all have a lovely Sunday, i have wrote this quite early today so I'm off for some egg and soldiers! 

Fuschia Lips

Lipstick- 'Girl about town' from mac 

I usually only go as far as the red lip but recently have been wearing this lovely fuchsia colour on many nights out. Its a nice twist on the red lip and since my hair is a lot lighter now it looks amazing.

'Girl about town' from mac is the only fuschia colour i like, i have searched high and low for alternatives but nothing cuts the mustard like this colour.
